Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Orders are prepared in our atelier within 24 to 48 working hours. Standard delivery to mainland France then takes 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo. Allow 3 to 5 working days for Belgium and Luxembourg.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is offered to mainland France on orders above £170 (€200). Below that threshold, delivery is £5.90 (€6.90). Charges for each destination are shown before you confirm your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the European Union. International shipping beyond the EU will roll out in the second half of 2026. For any specific request — press or trade enquiries — please reach out via our contact form.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to return any piece that doesn't suit you. Sign in to your account, open the relevant order and follow the steps to generate your return slip.
What is the return window?
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Once your parcel reaches the carrier, your refund is issued within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Are returns free?
Returns are free from mainland France. From other countries, return shipping is at your charge. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Sizes & fit
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide, with flat measurements and morphology advice. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger one to preserve the generous cut.
Do your pieces run small or large?
Our pieces are designed with an inherently loose cut. Most run true to size or slightly large. Specific notes for each piece can be found under the Fit & fabric section of the product page.
What if the size doesn't fit?
If the size doesn't suit you, you can return or exchange the item within the 14-day window. Exchanges depend on availability of the new piece; if it is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured by Stripe and encrypted end-to-end.
Is split payment available?
Three interest-free instalments are available on orders over £130 (€150), through our partner Stripe. The option appears automatically at checkout when your basket is eligible.
Account
How do I create an account?
You can create an account directly from the My account page or while placing your first order. Enter your email address and choose a password; a confirmation email will be sent to you.
I forgot my password.
From the sign-in page, select Forgot password and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive a reset link valid for one hour.
How do I update my personal details?
Sign in to your account and open the My details section. You can update your address, contact information and communication preferences at any time.
